In November 2023, Power System Group LLC began commissioning electrical equipment as part of the Lavna Coal Transshipment Complex at the Murmansk Seaport.
The structure of the performed The list of electrical equipment includes the following types of services:
• Individual testing of cable lines,
• Checking the transmission of signals from electrical cabinets to cabinets of local automated control systems,
• Inspection of electrical equipment,
• Conducting high-voltage tests,
• Testing of equipment with operating voltage,
• Support of complex tests.
The scope of work performed includes all power facilities of the enterprise, as well as power supply to all buildings and structures of the complex.
Also, as part of the project, we carry out work to check the transmission of signals from electrical cabinets to cabinets of local automated process control systems of all conveyor systems of the coal transshipment complex.
The main stage of the commissioning works is scheduled to be completed by July 2024.
The Lavna Coal Transshipment Complex project is an integral part of the Integrated Development of the Murmansk Transport Hub project, which is being implemented in accordance with the State Program of the Russian Federation «Development of the Transport System».
The main goal of the Murmansk transport hub development plan is to create a year–round deep-sea hub, a center for processing oil cargo, transshipment of coal and mineral fertilizers, integrated into the North-South international transport corridor.

Construction of a specialized coal transshipment complex (hereinafter referred to as the Lavna coal transshipment complex) with a capacity of 18 million tons per year on the western shore of the Kola Bay to ensure coal shipments using large-tonnage bulk carriers DW up to 150 thousand tons.
