Comprehensive technical re–equipment and reconstruction of the 220 KV CDS substation at the ROSSETI Branch of PJSC — MES of Siberia.
A substation of a major industrial enterprise has been upgraded in Krasnoyarsk.
Large-scale reconstruction of the 220 KV CDS substation, which provides electricity to the production facilities of the Krasnoyarsk Aluminum Plant. JSC RUSAL Sayanogorsk.
We are carrying out the following commissioning work on the 220 KV CDS substation:
1. Modernization of Siprotec 4 6MD devices installed in 220 kV power supply (installation and activation of EN 100+ interface modules);
2. Development of a Digsi project for 6MD devices;
3. Parameterization of 6MD devices;
4. Checking the circuits of terminals interacting with each other and with the automated control system;
5. Checking the logic of operation of the control panel of the 220 kV KRUE switching devices;
6. Conducting comprehensive tests, inspections and trials.
The project provides for the complete replacement of outdated equipment and automation of technological processes at this substation. This will increase reliability and ensure uninterrupted power supply to the industrial enterprise. During the reconstruction, a closed-type facility was built to accommodate the station’s equipment. The construction of the building made it possible to ensure the protection of energy equipment from natural factors. A complete gas-insulated switchgear was installed at the 220 KV CDS substation, consisting of 1920 sets of switches, as well as disconnectors, surge arresters, current and voltage transformers. The advantages of cruise control are long service life, fire safety and compactness.
In addition, transformers for their own needs will be installed, digital communication systems and microprocessor protection will be implemented. The equipment will be connected to an automated system that allows remote monitoring of operating parameters and control of technological processes of the substation. The possibility of remote control will minimize the risk of personnel errors and, if necessary, reduce the operational switching time. The volume of investments in the project amounted to 4.6 billion rubles.
