Supervised construction and commissioning

During the reconstruction or construction of an electric grid facility, our organization is ready to offer a full range of installation supervision and commissioning, including the development of a commissioning program and testing methods for electrical equipment, autonomous adjustment, participation
in complex testing and delivery of equipment and secondary systems to a pilot industrial
operation.

As part of the installation supervision and commissioning of electrical equipment,

- Departure of specialists to the object within the agreed time;
- control of the performed installation and compliance with the requirements of the equipment manufacturer;
- development of a commissioning program and, if necessary, assistance to the customer in drawing up a program for setting under operating voltage;
- carrying out individual tests of electrical equipment with a full range of measurements;
- comprehensive testing of equipment operation in the "idle" and "under load" modes;
- registration of reporting documentation and test reports.

We carry out commissioning work for the following groups of electrical equipment:

- low-voltage switchgears
- complete switchgears 6 - 35 kV
- high-voltage equipment up to 750 kV
- measuring transformers

Our experts perform autonomous adjustmentsecondary systems of RZA, PA and APCS of a number of leadingmanufacturers:
- parameterization, commissioning and participation in the complex testing of relay protection and automation systems manufactured by Siemens, Relematika, Ekra, Schneider Electric
- parameterization, commissioning and participation in the complex testing of automated process control systems manufactured by Siemens, Relematika, RTSoft.

All work is guaranteed for 36 months.
