Between September 2020 and December 2021 within the contract with “Siemens Energy” the team of “Power System Group” carried out start-up and adjustment works at the 110 kV Zharkov distribution center under construction. The substation will provide a power distribution scheme for the new CCGT-TPP in PJSC “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” with the capacity of 495 mW.
The contract also covered the start-up and adjustment works of electrical and technical equipment and secondary switching circuits for 27 substation cells, parameterization and configuration of Siprotec devices including 5 cubicle switchgears 10 kV , metrological supervision for the AMIS EPFA subsystem, as well as developing the testing programs, standard switching forms and operating manuals for relay protection devices, automated control systems, AMIS EPFA, DC switchboard, auxiliary switchboard, AUFLS.
In December 2021 we completed comprehensive testing of the distribution center 110 kV Zharkov by operating current and voltage. Every 110 kV section was tested with voltage, the substation’s auxiliaries were checked.
