In the period from June 2016 to April 2017, Power System Group implemented a comprehensive project for the supply of relay protection and automation systems and automated process control systems for the Kronospan plant under construction in Elektrogorsk. Under a direct contract with Kronospan LLC, PSG specialists implemented a modern automation solution for the 220 kV Kronospan substation, based on the Siemens SICAM AK 3 controller. In addition to Siemens relay protection, third-party equipment produced by NPP Ekra LLC was also integrated into this process control system.
