In the period from March 2022 to January 2023, Power System Group LLC carried out the commissioning of the power supply equipment of the impulse power supply system of the experimental facility for the needs of the research center of the Institute. The power supply system was built on the basis of the following power supply equipment: PS 745, KRU-I 10 kV, KRU-II 10 kV, GSCHU.
The list of work performed was as follows
— Development of commissioning programs;
— Commissioning of MP terminals from RZA Sirius and ABB
— Commissioning of the KRU-I-10 kV and KRU-II-10 kV power systems;
— Commissioning of SHSN and SHNP, including TSN 61T 62T
— Commissioning of AC and DC disconnectors, DC and AC busbars, DC and voltage sensors;
— Inspection of power transformers 110/10/10 kV; 10/0.44 kV; 10/0.6 kV; 10/0.97 kV; 10/0.3 kV; 10/0.35 kV; 10/0.45 kV; 10/1.2 kV; 10/0.75 kV, including cable lines, transformer bushings and support insulators;
— Preparation of design and operating documentation;
— comprehensive testing of the impulse power supply system of the test facility.
The complex of inspections and tests within the framework of commissioning was carried out on the basis of the declaration on the scope of work and equipment, and not limited to them, complied with the standards and requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the recommendations of the manufacturers.
