The first digital substation of PJSC FGC UES — 500 kV Tobol substation was commissioned in the Tyumen region in 2018. Power System Group carried out the supply and commissioning of the APCS equipment.
The software and hardware complex was implemented in accordance with the new requirements and standards of FGC UES. When developing a technical solution, the latest developments from Siemens were used: the Siprotec 5 series bay controller supporting Process Bus technology, SICAM A8000 devices for remote bay controller cabinets.
The supplied APCS complex included 27 cabinets, 8 of which were outdoor, as well as 2 workstations.
